RETURN / REFUND POLICY

If Goods are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup, we shall offer an Exchange, Credit Note, or Refund of the invoice value, provided the following conditions are maintained:

• Goods are in working condition,
• Goods are free from any Scratch or Damage,
• Goods are NOT opened or repacked in the Original Packing/ Box,
• Goods are un-used and NOT installed,
• All spare parts & accessories are returned in original packing along with the Packed Items.
• Each Item will be charged with 5% VAT
• Original Invoice is mandatory for the Exchange / Credit Note / Refund. 
• If the ordered items are not in stock or damaged pieces before releasing from the warehouse, a Refund Process will take 20-30 working days thru the Current Dated Cheque.
• Items that have been delivered, yet for whatsoever reason wants to return, a Credit Note will be provided with no expiry, and the 5% VAT plus the Shipping Charges are applicable.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, we shall be able to honor any request for Exchange / Refunds Or Credit Note if the above points are not followed.

NO Exchange / NO Refund, or NO Credit Note for: 

• Chandeliers and Decoration Lights,
• On Sale Items,
• Display Products,
• Last Piece Goods.
• Installed Items
• Items that have been shipped outside UAE

Patrons are requested to check the quality, working condition of the items, during purchase and after the delivery or the pickup to avoid any inconvenience.
If any damage or wrong Item is not reported during purchase, delivery, or pick up from any Al Salhiya Lighting Showrooms or Warehouse, we shall not be liable to offer any Exchange, Credit note, or Refund.

Note:
